Our house rules

Dear guests, we are delighted to welcome you to our holiday apartment!

So that your stay and the stay of the guests after you are as pleasant as possible, please observe the following house rules:

1. Arrival and departure

• The apartment is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.
• Please vacate the apartment by 9:00 am on the day of departure.
• Other times are possible by arrangement – just ask us.

2. Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the apartment.
• Please use only the designated outdoor areas and do not leave cigarette butts on the grounds.

3. Pets

• Out of consideration for allergy sufferers and future guests, pets are not permitted in the apartment.
• Thank you for your understanding – this helps us keep the apartment clean and hygienic.

4. Occupancy

• Please use the apartment only with the number of people booked.
• Please arrange overnight visitors with us in advance.

5. Quiet hours

• Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

6. Cleanliness and order

• Please keep the apartment clean and treat it with care during your stay.
• Waste separation matters to us – please use the appropriate bins.

7. Kitchen

• The kitchen is of course yours to use freely. Please leave it clean after cooking.

8. Damage

• If anything breaks, please let us know immediately.
• For damage caused by improper use we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement.

9. Parking

• Free parking is available in the courtyard. Please keep the access routes to the stables and riding facilities clear.

10. At check-out

• Please wash the dishes, dispose of the rubbish and leave the apartment in a tidy condition.
